ROAST PORK in SALT & PEPPER

Noong araw, hindi naman uso ang kung ano-anong pampalasa sa ulam. Basta may asin at paminta ok na ang pang-ulam. Ang adobo nga nilagyan lang ng suka, asin at paminta ay solved na. Kung papansinin nyo ang mga classic nating pang-ulam, simpleng-simple lang ang mga sangkap. Yun naman ang mas mainam. Kapag marami kasing sangkap, lalo na yung mga pampalasa, natatabunan na yung tunay na sarap ng niluluto.

Yun ang naging batayan ko sa pagluluto ko ng ating entry for today. Roast pork siya na niluto sa turbo broiler (pwede din sa oven).

Yung mga nauna kong roast pork recipe di ba maraming mga herbs an d spices akong inilagay. Not this one. Asin at paminta lang ang inilagay ko. Hiniwaan ko lang ang laman ng karne para manuot ang asin at paminta sa loob ng laman.

Also, hindi ako nag-concentrate sa pagpapalutong ng balat. Yung sa lasa ng laman talaga ang focus ko dit

o. At ang kinalabasan naman, masarap at lasang-lasa ang sarap ng karneng baboy.

At para sa sawsawan naman? Suka na may bawang, asin at paminta.....solve na solve na ang kain nyo nito....hehehehe

ROAST PORK in SALT & PEPPER

Mga Sangkap:

1.5 kilo Pork Liempo (yung manipis lang ang taba) Ang ginamit ko dito ay yung part hg porkchop pero wala yung buto.

1-1/2 Rock salt

1 tsp. Black pepper (Buo at saka durugin)

Paraan ng pagluluto:
1. Hugasang mabuti ang karne
2. Hiwaan ng pa-cross ang laman ng karne (tingnan ang nasa larawan sa itaas)
3. Paghaluin ang asin at paminta
4. Ikaskas ito sa laman ng karne hanggang sa kasingit-singitan.
5. Hayaan muna ng mga 1 oras.
6. Lutuin ito sa turbo broiler o oven sa init na 350 degrees. Nakataas yung part ng laman.

Ihain habang mainit pa. Maaring hiwain sa nais laki. Isama ang sawsawang suka na may bawang, asin at paminta.
